We would like to update you with some information that pertains to your fuel delivery from American Discount Oil. We are a family business and we are taking the risks of COVID-19 very seriously for our employees, our families and yours. The following protocols are now being implemented at American Discount Oil to prevent the spread of this virus:

We have closed our office to walk in business. Please feel free to call our office or email us with any questions, make payments or order fuel. Our office hours will remain the same Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We do have a mail slot on the single door all the way to the left front side of our building to drop off a payment.

We will continue with normal fuel delivery service; Home Heating Companies are considered essential and will not be shut down. We will no longer accept cash or check payments on delivery. All customers unless being billed for delivery will be required to prepay for their delivery by credit or debit card over the phone prior to delivery. If none of these options are available to you. Please speak to someone in the office to make arrangements to drop off cash or check in our mail drop slot.

All tank inspections must be completed online using our digital tank inspection form. We will not be able to complete an in person tank inspection until further notice. If you are experiencing problems with filling out the online forms for ordering during these times please feel free to give our office a call or send our office an e-mail and we will respond as soon as we are able. Please make sure you check for phone or e-mail regularly if you are expecting a response from us to help keep your order running on time.

It is our goal to be able to continue delivering oil to you and your family during these interesting times. The health and well being of our staff is directly affected by these safety guidelines. May you and your family be safe and well during these troubled times.
